Why are you charging us? This is either a one-time charge for your six-month VIP membership
or one-year VIP membership, or a monthly recurring charge for your one-month VIP membership or add-on services.

How can I cancel my VIP membership? At any time, you can go to the VIP Membership section
of the settings page, click on "manage" to cancel your VIP subscription plan. Once you cancel, you will never be charged again.
Can we get a refund? If for any reason, within three days from date
of your first time purchase, you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription and
get a full refund. After the refund period, charges are non-refundable.
